There is little comparison to the impression a well staged property will make on the mass market. The required investment will yield a higher bid, less time on market and position your property as the lead competition.

A vacant property requiring a full
space of rental furniture is dependent on size, square footage and amount of inventory required. The complete project will be outlined in contract form and must be signed by both parties prior to staging. 50% due upon signing and necessary to secure inventory & schedule delivery. Remaining balance due on day of staging.
Staging and rental contracts begin at a 3-month period with extension periods available at additional monthly costs. Every effort will be made to accommodate all budgets.

Occupied staging contracts are structured as vacant contracts, designed to start at 3 month contracts and inclusive of all rental inventory left on site for the duration.
