A vacant property requiring a full

space of rental furniture  is dependent on size, square footage and amount of inventory required. The complete project will be outlined in contract form and must be signed by both parties prior to staging. 50% due upon signing and necessary to secure inventory & schedule delivery. Remaining balance due on day of staging. 


Staging and rental contracts begin at a 3-month period with extension periods available at additional monthly costs. Every effort will be made to accommodate all budgets.
