Joining forces with local real estate agents who took notice of her unique design style, Liz has been staging and designing spaces for all budgets ranging from empty, bank owned properties to mid-century modern condos and historical carriage homes.  Each project requires different attentions depending upon the nature of the property and needs of the homeowner and/or real estate agent.

 

Her unique design belief is simple: Home should be comfortable & inviting. Informal and relaxed. For this reason, most of our projects are designed with the prospective buyer in mind. Will there be young children? Is this a starter home or perhaps the new empty-nester? Can someone work from home or entertain large groups at the holidays?  Keeping in mind "use-of-space" is key to creating a listing that makes sense. Pops of colors, interesting patterns and soft, unstructured fabrics help create spaces that people want to linger in. Home Staging is a valuable marketing tool to help sell real homes to real people in the real world. Home staging is not interior design but the process of using design to market the home. Liz takes the unique approach of positioning herself & her firm as an invaluable partner with the Listing Agent; creating a unified team designed to create a strong visual marketing plan long before the home hits the MLS.

 

​Liz is an active member of Stamford, Greenwich and Darien Board of Realtors, Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP) and Home Stagers and Redesign Associations (HSRA). In addition, she is an inaugural member of The Staging Collective, a nationwide, invitation-only business group specializing in only the highest-standards of staging professionals.  Liz specializes in both vacant & occupied real estate staging predominantly throughout the Stamford, New Canaan, Darien, Rowayton and Greenwich, CT areas.  Liz has been awarded "Best of Houzz for Service for every year since 2019. Most recently awarded for the 3rd year in a row "2024 Top Ten Redesigner of the Year" and "Instructor of the Year" by the Real Estate Staging Association and "Top 5 in Staging Excellence" by International Association of Home Staging Professionals; the recipient of "Top 100 Most Influential Stagers for 2020 and 2021", it is an honor to be recognized as a critical voice within Fairfield County's exciting real estate industry. Additionally, Liz is a Certified CE Staging Instructor for the State of Connecticut, holding quarterly classes for licensed realtors interested in earning their "Certified Staging Advocate" designation.
